About me
“Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.”
― Epicurus
I founded g-company in 2007. From the start of g-company I had two important mentors: Lambert Pater and Jan Stoof. In addition, my father Frans Saris has always been an important mentor to me. In a later phase of g-company, Erik Aeyelts Averink was of great help to me. Without the help of my mentors, I would never have gotten this far as an entrepreneur.
At the end of 2022 I left g-company (now Xebia). The 15 years of g-company have been a great experience of which I am very proud. The most valuable thing: the people. People who are very close to my heart. I am truly grateful for the opportunity I had to work with such a group of wonderful people. Thanks to them I have learned a lot, I have grown enormously and I have built precious friendships. More about g-company.
I like to enjoy life as it presents it's self. I always try to do many fun things like alpine climbing, skiing, sailing, mountain biking and spending time with my family and friends.
I would like to share the wealth of experience I have gained during my entrepreneurship with you. As a strategic advisor or mentor. Because I know how valuable it is to have someone like that by your side.
I help you clarify your objectives, identify bottlenecks and come up with creative solutions to achieve your objectives faster. You must continue to pay attention to all stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders.
As an entrepreneur I have experienced high peaks and deep valleys. That has made me particularly strong in crisis management. 'Never waste a good crisis.' It's not about what happens to you, but how you respond to it. More about what inspires me.
I would like to hear how I can help you grow as an entrepreneur and as a person. Let's meet up, online or on location. Please contact me.
